Export credits are paid via transfers on the Sui (SUI) or Solana (USDC) network, directly from your wallet to the address shown. These transactions are irreversible by the very nature of blockchain networks. No automatic refunds are offered. If you have an issue with a payment, contact us and we'll review it case by case.
